Anker NANO II

What I want is a small brick capable of charging my iPhone, iPad, and MacBook Pro. Not necessarily all at once, but at least individually. Anker is getting close. The Nano II is an impossibly small brick available in 30W, 45W, and 65W respectively. None of these will charge the MacBook Pro at full spec obviously, but they will handle the handhelds with no issue whatsoever… and they are tiny.

Another “something or other” that I saw on Instagram… These are simple card holders made by a company called ARCdry out of San Francisco. They are available in leather or canvas, feature a very simple/compact design, are made really well and only run $19.

Hard to beat.

A friend of mine gifted me a pair of scissors last week… and it helped me come to the conclusion that no one in the world makes edge tools as well as the Japanese. These things are incredible. They feel 100 years old, but come out of the box as sharp as anything you’ve ever felt.

These things are rad. Essentially, it’s a flat-pack box. When you aren’t using it, it folds down into an impossibly small form factor. BUT, when you do need it it folds out into a rigid bottom box.
