  1. You pronounce it “made in China” like all their other imported crap. The brand is dead to me, they are just over-priced, over-hyped China garbage now. Every single journal I’ve looked at in bookstores and elsewhere, the quality (or lack thereof) was evident. Try a real quality brand like Rhodia (made in France) if you want a journal. Anything from Moleskine is just riding on the name anymore. Shame on them.

      1. Right on. If I can find made in the USA with 90g paper, I’d be all over it too. Until then, France is still better than China.

        Will keep an eye out for Field Notes offerings though, they don’t get as much press as they deserve. Some stuff is pretty good.
