I hate being in the cold… and I hate being cold. Just generally speaking, I believe cold to be the breathe of the devil and I’m not at all interested in being near it.
At times, however, it’s unavoidable and I have to be prepared. I typically do so with layers and one those is usually a flannel shirt of some kind. The thing is though, I don’t typically get along with the style of traditional flannel shirts. They make me feel old and oddly floppy.
So while the Birdwell Work Shirt isn’t the best made flannel on the market… or made of the most traditional (and itchy) materials, it is one of my favorites. It looks right, feels soft, and keeps me warm.
