I don't know man but I destroyed every Traser navy Seal watch I ever had (3 total)... maybe NYC paramedic life is more extreme than Navy Seal one but all of them ended up with either broken crystal or just hands that went wacky... I would stay away from Luminox... Get a Gshock instead if your life needs a tough watch...
