Ahhh the cost of doing business in Manhattan. In one of my former lives I was a District Service Manager who called on our Manhattan dealer. At that time (1996) he was paying $75,000 PER MONTH in rent for the 2 floors of the building he occupied. They were actually profitable but it wasn't easy. As one of the first to top $100/hour labor rate it was a struggle getting it approved by our warranty department.

Man you find really cool stuff to buy Ryan.. wish I could justify the cost of these really cool trinkets.. need a better business or less cars to care and feed ...
Guess duct taping the ol' Buck folding hunter sideways to my belt wouldn't have the same effect... ha-ha... |
