Default Retractable Pen

I've got a thing for retractable pens. Most of them retail at prices north of a minimally specced iPhone 4s... That's irony right there. Maxmadco makes a "cheaper" alternative ... To read the rest of this blog entry from The Gear Journal, click here.

Default I have one, and

although, been an architect, I constantly use pens on my own, and in front of others, I don't remember the last time I got any compliments regarding my choices in writing instruments.

Everytime I use this pen, however, I get at least the "nice pen" nod.

In the metal is indeed impressive.

I just got mine in the mail...bad ass. I had been using another pen, but dealing with the cap all the time really started to become a pain. But I loved the design.

Sweet pen, but for that price you could have two Fisher AG7's with a lifetime warranty that are probably just as durable if not more so.

I make several types of "bolt action" pens like that from bourbon barrel wood. Very neat metal version!
