I have been thinking about putting together a bail out pack myself and a buddy of mine and I were debating whats should go in and he pulled out a wind up radio his was kinda lame but got me thinking it was a good idea anyone have a preference? Know of one that should make it into the kit?

I bought my wife a Grundig from Cabelas. smaller than a 20oz soda bottle. Has a light and a cell phone charging jack.

Used ours a couple times this winter when the power went out. The toddler has fun cranking it and keeping us in light! For a small flashlight it really lit up our greatroom.
